HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY INFUZED BOTTLE?
We want your bottle to keep you hydrating in Style for a long time! So Hand wash your bottle in warm soapy water. Please do not put your bottle in the dishwasher.
Glass is Beautiful, but also fragile - handle with care i.e. don't carry your bottle in your gym bag, instead hold it by the Metallic Handle.
Do not place boiling water directly into the Bottle. Add cold water first, followed by hot water.
Avoid using carbonated drinks as the pressure can build and break the bottle.
HOW DO I USE MY INFUZED BOTTLE?
Our Unique bottle has both cold/hot water functionality and a stainless steel strainer that clicks into place to allow you to freely drink your infused water without getting seeds, leaves or fruit into your mouth.
The other piece of the strainer connects to the smaller one to allow for loose leaf tea infusion.
HOW MUCH LIQUID DOES THE INFUZED BOTTLE HOLD?
Our Infuzed Bottle holds 500 ML of water, equivalent to approximately 17 fluid Oz.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email email@example.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.
WHERE DOES INFUZED BOTTLE CO. SHIP TO?
Our online store currently only ships within the U.S. However, we are working with mail carriers in order to ship worldwide, targeting fall of 2019!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INFUZED BOTTLE?
We process and ship out your order within 1 business day so that you can get your Chic and Convenient Bottle as fast as possible! Delivery should take between 3 to 5 business days depending on where you are located. Please allow additional shipping time during holiday seasons.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will automatically receive an email with tracking information from our delivery service after we process your order. Make sure to keep an eye out for this email because we know you can't wait to receive your Infuzed Bottle!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S ALREADY SUBMITTED?
You can exchange your Infuzed Bottle within 14 days of purchase, but it must be in new condition with unopened packaging.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "ADDRESS CHANGE" or "ORDER CHANGE" in the subject line within 2 hours of placing your order if you choose to change anything on your order.
